Your pack shipment : In general terms, we process shipments within 48 hours of receiving payment. We use UPS service, which includes a tracking number and delivery without requiring a signature. If you prefer certified shipping through UPS Extra, this service incurs an additional cost. If you’re interested in this option, please contact us before placing your order.

Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your order online.

Shipping costs cover both handling and postage expenses, and handling costs are a fixed price. On the other hand, transportation costs may vary depending on the total package weight. To optimize costs, we recommend grouping all items into a single order. Please note that we cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping costs will be applied separately to each one. While we do not assume responsibility for any possible damage your package may incur during shipping, we take all necessary measures to protect fragile items.
