Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a purchase. Contact us at info@plants-for-pets.com to initiate a return.

Cosmetic products that have been opened or the hygiene seal broken cannot be returned unless defective.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund at no additional cost.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
