All products are described accurately. Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT.

Payment

We accept Bizum (Spain), Bank Transfer (all EU), and secure payment link (card). Orders are confirmed upon payment clearance.

Shipping

EU delivery via UPS. Orders ship within 2 business days. Free shipping on orders over €40.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to return unused products in original packaging. Cosmetic products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Warranty

3-year legal warranty on consumer goods (EU Directive 2019/771).

Applicable Law

Spanish law governs these terms. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the consumer's domicile.
